Where energy is opportunity

Megatech Arabia recently designed and installed a new conferencing system in the main boardroom at the offices of Aramco in Riyadh. The systems integrator installed a wide range of solutions from Cyviz, Barco, Arthur Holm, Sennheiser, Bose, Biamp and Lightware.

“It was a direct invitation for us since we’ve worked on high-end meeting rooms for Aramco’s CEO in the past, when he was the Minister of Health,” explained Banan Masri, Managing Partner at Megatech Arabia. “We used a complete rear projection system by Cyviz, Barco ClickShare, Arthur Holm screens, Sennheiser microphones, a Bose audio system, Biamp DSP and Lightware HDMI switching. We even connected a smart glass solution to the system to give privacy if the room is occupied.”

A total of 19 Arthur Holm screens were installed, that retract into the table when not in use. Each position around the table also includes a Sennheiser MEB 104 cardioid boundary layer microphone to ensure clear communication.

“The room is expected to be used 24/7; it’s the main boardroom for Aramco in Riyadh,” noted Mr Masri. “Therefore, they asked for the best of everything to be installed there and that’s why we went with a Cyviz projection system. It’s a highly sophisticated solution yet has the easiest user interface in the market. We were happy to deliver the project within the tight timeframe given by the client and with the quality they expected.”
